Rapidly Growing Company
Situation
A property management firm that has grown from 15 employees in
1999 to more than 100 today, the leadership team was faced with
some of the struggles and problems that accompany rapid growth and
change.
Our Approach
Axletree consultants delivered an effective mix of facilitation
and coaching, which helped the leaders create the space to listen
to each other and align their goals.
The Result
A more effective team, and a company that works better.
"They have great business sense and intuition, along
with the ability to cut through the exterior distractions
and get at the heart of the problem. I was very impressed."
Pat Charbonneau, President |
Lonely at the Top, No Longer Challenged
or Getting Honest Feedback
Situation
A Vice President for Operations for Systems Organization wanted
more out of his career. He needed to be reenergized and remotivated.
Our Approach
One on one executive coaching on a weekly basis.
The Result
As a result of coaching this individual was able to challenge
his assumptions about the abilities and motivations of others. He
was then able to modify his communication style and significantly
increasing his ability to develop and motivate his teams. Of particular
significance was his performance as the figurehead for a $112m information
technology project where his new approach resulted in him becoming
the trusted source for information for the wider stakeholder community.
Three Leaders with Different Views
Situation
This organization was led by three very different individuals
who were very proud of the fact that they had learned to accept
and live with their differences. The difficulty was there no one
was making any real decisions and the employees were left confused
and unfocused.
Our Approach
Appropriately designed individual and team coaching sessions.
The Result
Leadership team developed and implemented a much clearer management
philosophy with the support of their staff. |
