Coaching and Communicating for Performance
Axletree Consulting, along with the Kirwin Group, has been selected by the University of Guelph to deliver a program called “Coaching and Communicating for Performance”. This Interactive program is designed to give supervisors and managers the opportunity to build skills that will enable them to coach for performance, share expectations and set objectives for employees, provide constructive feedback and more effectively engage in conversations.
