Judith Newland
Judith has
22 years experience in management and consulting. She has a broad
base of management experience spanning Operational
and Technical disciplines as well as International
Sales and Marketing with such organizations as Northern
Foods plc, RHM plc, International Flavours and Fragrances (IFF(GB)Ltd).
During her management career she realized that her talents lie on
the interfaces between disciplines, helping people to shed old paradigms
and find new ways of working together.
As a consequence Judith became a consultant in organizational change,
developing specific skills in “Real Time” change
interventions, where organizations have an urgent need
for change and buy-in is critical. She has applied these skills
to public and private sector organizations for the past 10 years
and has successfully helped organizations develop and implement
new strategies, change corporate culture and to manage stakeholder
needs in the introduction of new information technology systems.
As a facilitator of organizational change Judith has coached many
leaders and their leadership teams. As part of her commitment to
continuous learning and a desire to offer strategic change to individuals
as well and organizations Judith has also completed training with
the Coaches Training Institute.
She is noted for her clear-thinking and logical approach and her
commitment to the progress for her clients. She believes intensely
in the fundamental strength and abilities of both individuals and
organizations and that coaching and consulting should be done “with
them” and not “to them”.
Her skill as a listener and her ‘No-nonsense” communication
style, help her rapidly develop trust-based relationships where
it is safe to challenge clients and move them into their “discomfort
zone”, the place were real progress is made.
Working with Judith is not for the faint-hearted but is the right
choice for organizations and individuals who are ready to take on
genuine change.
