Axletree
Consulting was born of a working partnership between founders
Jackie Lauer and Judith
Newland.
With 19 years of combined experience in leadership alignment, coaching,
and change management consulting, Lauer and Newland found that their
clients were increasingly asking them to structure a rapid and effective
approach to strategic issues. Working with executives and their
leadership teams they helped leaders navigate complex organizational
change using a variety of techniques and change methodologies.
These clients who ran corporations, large government departments,
and not-for-profit organizations told Lauer and Newland
that they had the unique ability to pinpoint and solve leadership
team issues quickly.
Given the rate of change in todays business environment,
the partners realized that there was an immediate need for facilitation,
coaching, and strategic consulting services
that were specifically designed for the executive boardroom.
With this vision in mind, they created Axletree Consulting. |
